Live Chat is available to all our players Monday to Friday 9am – 1am BST. All you need to do is log into your purple lounge account, click on “Bank” and you will see a box stating “Chat Support”. You can also access the Purple Lounge Live Chat system via the Purple Lounge website once you have logged into the members area. To do this click on "Your Account", login with your Purple Lounge details then once logged in, click on Support and you should see the Live Chat option on the left.
