To check the current balance of VIP points in your Purple Lounge account please follow the following steps. Please note the VIP points are update in approximately 24 hour intervals.

Click on Bank in the Purple Lounge software:

Once this has been clicked, you should see along the top of the bank some menu options. Here, you'll need to click on YOUR ACCOUNT

Next you'll need to click on ACCOUNT from the menu on the left hand side of the menu.

From the Account menu you will see 4 new options. Here you need to click on the final option - PLAY DETAILS

The final screen shows the amount of VIP points collected in the current month together with the previous amounts along with the amount of hands played in the month
