Registering a Neteller Account

If you do not have a NETeller Account, visit www.neteller.com and click "Sign up now for your FREE NETeller Account!" then Follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have created your account, log into NETeller and choose your favorite option to deposit funds to your NETeller account.

Depositing

Once you have a NETeller account containing funds:

• 1. Visit the Banking page then click on ‘Deposit funds'
• 2. Choose ‘NETeller Deposit'
• 3. Enter your NETeller account ID and your NETeller security ID, then the amount you would like to transfer from your NETeller account to your Purple Lounge account.
• 4. Click ‘Submit Deposit'.
• 5. A message will confirm that your deposit has been successfully processed.

Approved funds will immediately be credited to your Purple Lounge.

note:

• Only one NETeller account can be used per Purple Lounge account - once you have successfully deposited using a NETeller account, that same NETeller account must be used for all future deposits and withdrawals to that Purple Lounge account.If you wish to register a different Neteller account, please contact: support@purple-lounge.com
• The NETeller account registered must have the same name as your Purple Lounge account. Failure to comply with these may result in the suspension of your Purple Lounge account.
• NETeller is available to customers across the world within NETeller's own restrictions. Purple Lounge accepts all NETeller accounts at this time.

Withdrawing

To perform a NETeller withdrawal, access your Purple Lounge account with your Username and Password, go to the ‘Banking'page and choose ‘NETeller Withdrawal' from the options available.

You must have successfully made a deposit to your Purple Lounge account using NETeller before you may withdraw using NETeller. The NETeller account used to make the deposits will be used in processing withdrawals. If you've previously deposited funds to your Purple Lounge account by credit card and/or NETeller, your withdrawal will be applied to your credit card first - up to your original credit card purchase amounts, and then to your NETeller account. Withdrawals via NETeller are permitted beyond original NETeller deposit amounts.

Players depositing using Neteller must place wagers totaling at least 5x the amount deposited before requesting a withdrawal. Players who make a withdrawal request before meeting this wagering requirement will be liable to a financial transaction fee of 4% of the amount deposited using Neteller. This fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Your NETeller Secure ID is required in order to authenticate the transaction from Purple Lounge to NETeller.

Processing Rules

NETeller funds requested by user for withdrawal from their Purple Lounge account is available for withdraw within 1 to 3 business days from their NETeller account. There is a US$1 or currency equivalent fee for using this withdrawal service.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your NETeller transactions with your Purple Lounge account. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your NETeller deposits and withdrawals are recorded and reported on your View Account - View Account History.
