Where you are requested to follow the authorisation procedure, we will require the following to be sent via email, fax of post:
Copy of both sides of your card
Copy of your driver's licence or passport with photograph
Copy of bank statement or household bill, not older than 3 months clearly showing the customer's name and address
Withdrawals will not be processed before the receipt of the requested details. If at any time, Purple Lounge finds transactions processed with a debit or credit card belonging to a second (or third party), additional documentation will be required to reopen the account.
Non-UK residents using debit cards may also be required to follow the above authorisation procedure.
