Moneybookers is an E-payment wallet solution that enables you to transfer funds into our Moneybookers account via email.
You can make deposits to fund your Moneybooker account from your credit card or transfer money to and from your bank account.
Once you have requested a deposit from your Moneybooker account we will then manually transfer the funds into your Purple Lounge account.

Depositing
To transfer funds to the Purple Lounge Moneybookers account, please login into the Moneybookers Website then send your payment to authorisation@purple-lounge.com .Once you have done this we will credit your Purple Lounge account within the next 24 hours.
In order for us to credit the funds to your Purple Lounge account it is essential that you write your Purple Lounge account number in the Explanation Note.
Please note the above transfer will be performed manually and the average processing time for the money to be available in your Purple Lounge account is between 2 to 24 hours.
Withdrawing
Withdrawals by Moneybookers are very easy and can be requested by writing an e-mail to authorisation@purple-lounge.com. In order for us to be able to process your withdrawal request you must include the following information
Your e-mail address registered with Moneybookers; or your Moneybookers account number
The amount you wish to transfer from your Purple Lounge account to your Moneybookers account
Your Purple Lounge account number
Once you have sent your withdrawal request to us by e-mail, your funds will be credited to your Moneybookers account within 24 hours.
Please note:
- The above transfer will be performed manually and if at the time of processing your withdrawal the amount requested will exceed the clear balance in your Purple Lounge account, your withdrawal transaction will be void
- At least one successful deposit via Moneybookers must be completed before requesting a withdrawal
