The quickest way of depositing funds is a secure online payment by UK debit card (Visa Delta or Electron). For deposits made by UK debit card you incur no surcharges or transactions costs whatsoever in depositing to your account. The minimum deposit is £10. The cardholders name MUST be the same as the name used to register with the site. Where this is not the case, your account will be suspended. Withdrawing
Where a Visa Delta debit card supports your account you can withdraw some or all of your balance by making an online withdrawal. The standard fee for any withdrawal request is £1 per transaction. Select how much you wish to have paid back into your bank account and we will credit the card with which you last deposited. The minimum transfer is £10. Once a withdrawal request has been received the funds will be transferred by us at the end of business that week. The funds will then be subject to the standard clearance procedures of your bank or building society before they are available in your bank account.
Non-UK residents using debit cards may be required to follow our authorisation procedure detailed in the credit card section below.

Credit Card – For VISA cards where your card issuer allows, withdrawals will be credited to the credit card account which was used for the original deposit. (Purple Lounge reserve the right to request that the authorisation procedure detailed below be followed before a withdrawal is made). The minimum withdrawal amount is £25 or currency equivalent and the standard fee for any withdrawal request is £1 per each transaction.
For Mastercard, withdrawals will be issued by cheque or bank wire. Cheque and bank wires will only be issued in the name used to register with the site, and where a deposit has been made by card this must also be the same as the name of the registered cardholder. The minimum transfer by cheque or bank wire is £25 or currency equivalent. You will be contacted by Customer Services following your withdrawal request to provide details for the withdrawal. All bank wires below £1000 or currency equivalent will incur a fee of £20.00. The wire transfer fee must be available in the account as clear funds before processing the payment..
Using a credit card as your method of payment may require you to follow our authorisation procedure.
